introductory call
Hi! It’s so nice to meet you!
Before you decide on a package, let’s do a quick meet & greet, go over your concerns, and see if we’ll be a good fit together! This will usually be a free 15 minute video call over Google Meet.
the nourish package
This is a 3 month long package where we will understand and implement the foundations of overall health. I will provide you with all of the knowledge you need to have a better starting point to reach your health goals on your own time and at your own pace at the end of our time together. This package is best for those that need a bit of tailored education around their specific symptoms, but don’t need me to hold their hand the entire time.
$300/month for 3 months
*First payment due when scheduling onboarding call. Can schedule payments for 1st or 3rd week of each month.
**Willing to negotiate payment plans! Please ask about that during our discovery call or send me an email.

the flourish package
This is a 6 month long package where we will go over the foundations of health and wellness and try to pinpoint the root cause of your symptoms. This package is for those who would love someone to hold their hand through the process and need a little more accountability (no judgement, because I definitely fall in this category!). It’s for those who are willing to spend a little more time digging and being ok with some trial and error.
$290/month for 6 months

the blossom check-ins
This is for those who have already completed a Nourish or a Flourish Package and just want to drop in and fine tune some small things they may be stuck on. These video calls can be scheduled as frequently or as in frequently as you need.
